Performance Measurement:
- Internal Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure the right people at the right place at the right time
- Effective programs well communicated and implemented
- KPIs agreed in the yearly MbO.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Implementing HR programs/practices, HR Standards and Processes in India.
- Support in the development of the local HR goals, objectives, and systems.
- Assist in planning and execution of the talent review process including pre-work, identification of talent and monitoring/supporting action plans.
- Support in recruiting & hiring practices and procedures Plan and recruitment and selection processes (screening calls, scheduling, offers, appropriate onboarding, etc.).
- Manage Connect software includes end to end process, leave attendance management, database documentation, HRMIS or other HR tools and software.
- Support in performance management, compensation models, compensation policies and programs and monthly Payroll Management.
- Assist in the development of an organization's culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate and support employee relations practices, external and internal customer management, employee events, employee communication and feedback.
- Coordination for training & development program from A to Z, as agreed with the Area Directors in the company.
- Support in Statutory HR compliances for HO, Financial Audits / ICS audits, ISO, and IMS.
Shared Responsibilities:
- Assist in updating organization charts and job term sheets etc., across the different functions (Sales, Operations and Support Functions).
- Support in Salaries and Benefits of local staff across the different functions and locations.
Excluded Responsibilities:
The setting of HR Policy/Standards/Guidelines Office Administration.
