Key Responsibilities Areas :
- Co-ordinate and effectively manager HR components like performance management, T&D, capability development programs including rotational programs, talent pipeline initiatives and leadership development programs.
- Supervise HR operations like on-boarding, exit interview analysis, skill inventory etc.
- Responsible for employee engagement levels of the business
- Responsible for career path identification and management of high potential.
- Address ER concerns which affect the individual & organization performance
- Responsible for devising a strong ER policy for transparent ER.
- Managing grievance redressal process for development and implementation
- Ensure labor law compliance and closure of long pending legal cases.
- Drive all key HR processes - OMR, Goal setting, PMS, DAP creation on time as per the desired quality levels.
- Reward & Recognition for Business.
- Understand the current culture of the firm and be a custodian of it for all business interactions.
- Conducting Employee connects and giving a BP pulse to the leaders and taking necessary actions wherever necessary.
- Executing various centrally established process at a business unit level
- Be a change agent and challenge all existing process to make them better and more agile.
- Effectively and efficiently resolve queries and concerns of employees of the respective vertical/process and track/report query resolution TAT.
- Implementation of the Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct
- Work on Employee Engagement through cross-function teams
- Facilitate engagement action planning record minutes, action points, responses and circulate, track and report and communicate closures.
- Ensure timely signoffs of KRAs from new employees and role movements.
- Coordinate and ensure timely completion of half-year and annual Performance appraisals.
- Track and monitor adherence to training plan for the process.
- Conduct exit interviews for employees.
- Collate exit survey data and report monthly trends and action to be taken.

- Ensure adherence of business supported on the Security Policy, Zero Tolerance Policy, United Privacy Policy, Disciplinary Policy, and Learning Agreement.
