- Partner with Business and collaborate with internal stakeholders for achieving the Business Objectives and contribute to business deliverables.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues in other HR functions (C&B, HRD, Talent Acquisition etc.) and offer integrated HR solutions to support business plans as high value offerings.
- Has to partner with Business to foster learning climate and enabling employees' competency development.
- Understand Employee Relations, Employee Assessment, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits systems and use same to promote Employee Retention plans.
- Will be responsible for strengthening & deploying present and new Talent Engagement initiatives to maintain employee morale and motivation.
- Ensuring efficient management of HR functions through proper tracking and review mechanism.
- Analyze people processes, data and trends to make recommendations to management team for continuous improvement. Ensure appropriate controls are in place and managed effectively for all critical HR processes.
- Knowledge of best practices and implements those relevant to Organization and Industry.
- Understanding and compliance of various Management System applicable & Implemented in the Organization.
- Build engaged, inspired workforce in the business by partnering with managers in the employee life cycle.
- Top contributor development, Improve retention and manage employee relations in order to enable Enterprise Transformation.
- Engage with managers, enable and focus on their developments to build deeper client relationships.
XLRI and SCMHRD professionals would be preferred
