HR Business Partner - Chemical Firm

Hiring HRBP for our MNC Client.

Position is based out of Bangkok

Candidates who have past experience or are presently working in the market will only be considered

Very good written and oral English

Preference- Understanding of local Language

CTC- INR 35 TO 45 LPA

Key Job Responsibilities:

Business Partner :

- Understand the business strategy and priorities

- Develop HR action plan based on priorities of the business unit

- Leverage HR organization to deliver people solutions for business

- Assist in establishing common HR processes and procedures across the Thai JV

Talent Management :

- Talent management strategy to retain top talent

- Support team expansion and development

- Proactive engagement of extended sales team

Administrative :

- Ensure compliance with company policies

- Strong focus on delivery of day to day HR operations

- Drive functional excellence using data analytics
