We would love to have a conversation with you! 2-5+ years of relevant work experience Roles & Responsibilities - - HR Strategy planning &amp; Decision support - Build a strong business relationship with the internal client and enable a work environment conducive to building high performing teams. - Serve as a trusted advisor to front line managers for HR consultation - Act as a single point of the contact for the employees, leads and managers in the business unit - Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units to actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks Talent Management - Implement Performance management strategy including appraisal, promotion and performance improvement plan - Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition and assist in devising retention measures Employee engagement &amp; Culture building - Provide opportunities at workplace for the employees to come together and get actively engaged - Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, processes and practices - Drive the right practices and behaviors by implementing disciplinary action framework - Handle grievances and conduct RCA to improve the resolution time &amp; employee satisfaction levels Workforce metric &amp; Analysis - Provide necessary support for data/feedback consolidation, analytics as per business need. Skills - Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills - Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi - tasking ability - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self initiative Requirements - This position will be in the night shift.
