Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting and updating a business unit on all employee relations matters
- Contribute to a multitude of HR activities and drive business performance
- Head up the operational function within the HR team
- To provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational human Resources issues
- To advise, managers and staff on issues of employment legislation
- Responsibility for dealing with any tribunal claims that arise
- Key part of the HR team and will work across the business disciplines to lead and influence change at a strategic level across the business
Requirements of the role
Preferred from post graduation from "B" School.
Should passed out from 2005 - 2010 batch only.
Will be siting at Corporate office Bangalore.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong employee relations experience and a full understanding of current employment legislation
- Excellent Record of Achievement resolving difficult casework problems
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
