- Drive key people initiatives for the assigned Vertical
- Partner with the Account Business Leaders and Geo. HR team to drive people processes like performance NXT, progression, SKIP etc.
- Review employee concerns and proactively address issues before they impact business.
- Drive retention discussions with business, facilitate reversals and ensure attrition levels are within targets.
- Own the complete engagement charter (AHM/ Town hall/ R&R/ EPS).Ensure improvement in EPS scores for the vertical y-o-y
- Undertake travel to all locations where employee base is present to connect with leaders and employees.
- Work closely with corporate and internal HR team for execution of all key people processes starting from guidelines stage to final closure
- Work on analytics, BU dashboard and reports
