HR Business partner- Big 4
Looking to Hire HR Business partner for a Big 4 consulting.
Key responsibilities :
- Engagement with leaders on people metrics - attrition analysis, on-boarding feedback, exit feedback, performance metrics, internal compensation benchmarking.
- Maintaining organizational structure through manpower rationalization, recruitment and selection, resource allocation and transfers, job rotations and enrichment.
- Handling performance management process - Goal setting, mid-year review and annual reviews. Also managing annual appraisal activities and low performers on Performance Enhancement Plan.
- Managing reward and recognition across levels.
- Engage with leaders on the overall people agenda, create BU/SBU implementation plan to include manage attrition, voice of employee etc
- Collaborating with all business units to address employee issues proactively.
- Looking for candidates from Tier 1 instt and roles are open across location.
- Would prefer candidates from Big 4, Technology consulting, Strategy management firms.
