HR Business Partner ( With IR experience ) for WEST Zone - Mumbai - Insurance /BFSI/ Large Mfg /Logistic

We are searching for Zonal HR Business Partner-WEST, based out of Mumbai .Incumbent should have handled large work force of 5k to 8 k of Zone with team .

WEST Head will be responsible for Mumbai-Maharashtra,Gujarat,MP,ChhattisGhrah,

Team of 5 to 6

Workforce around 8K to 10k

Should have handled grievances and other IR issues of workforce spread across multilocation in state.

Qualification : MBA HR

Experience : 14 to 18 years

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- Ensure Business Delivery and Performance through managing Talent effectively

- Streamline Blue collar hiring

- Lead the People Development for the group, through rigor in the L&D processes.

- Support in training needs identification, drive the L&D initiatives across the business & and supporting execution on ground

- Manage the HiPo talent in team as per the programme

- Managing Head count

- Drive a Performance culture through the PMS process and implementation of R&R, Townhalls

- Managing the merit cycle, KRA setting

- Developing Assessment Centre for field and regional roles to identify horizontal and vertical opportunities for employees

- Drive the employee engagement, and work to create a great place to work

- Be a coach to stakeholders to manage their teams effectively

- Support business on manpower planning, budgeting and finalizing Organization structure.

Experience and Background : Master's degree in HR with minimum of 14-16 years of full-time experience from Logistics industry.

Competencies :

- Must have worked as a HR Business Partner in strategic HR areas, including talent management, Performance Management, Change Management, Rewards and talent acquisition.

- A stint in Talent Management/ L&D would be of added advantage, but not mandatory

- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence business leaders.

- Strong ethics and integrity and ability to build the culture.

- Proven business partnering with measurable business impact.
