HR Business Partner - BFSI/KPO - IIM/XLRI/TISS/MDI/FMS/ISB

Work experience of 10-12 years in a Business HR role.

Qualification : MBA Tier1

- Effective team player with good inter-personal skills, influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills

- Seasoned professional who can serve as a consultant to management on major matters pertaining to policies, plans, and objectives

- Knowledge of diverse personnel culture, values and multi-regional HR policies will be helpful.
