Job Role – HR Business Partner, Trivandrum

Job Description

- Manage the entire life cycle of HR business partner activities from Interviews to exit formalities for the AMOS Trivandrum branch.

- Coordinate with Head office for implementation of processes and policies laid out

- Manager and support the transition of AMOS Trivandrum to the policies and processes laid out for AMOS India branches to achieve consistency.

Experience

- 3 to 6 years’ experience in any of the HR functions like HRBP/Comp and ben /Talent acquisition

- Preferably have experience in the Financial services or IT Industry

Education

- MBA/PGDM with HR specialization in any of the recognized institute/University
