HR Business Partner

We are an Executive Search firm - OmegaPoint Consulting Pvt. Ltd. which is a full service HR Advisory company specializing in Executive Search & Staffing, Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Training & Development, Strategy and Analytics.

We are looking at a HR Business Partner for one of our client which is a MNC Bank. The client is looking at this role for their Consumer Banking division at a PAN India level. The job description for the same is as follows:

- Partner with various divisions in respective Divisions to the HR strategy to drive business growth objectives.

- Drive initiatives like Manpower Planning, organization structuring, Staffing, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Reward & Recognition etc across the respective teams.

- Benchmarking of Manpower Structures and partnering the Business Head in finalizing the Manpower Plan & Budgets.

- Responsible for hiring of employees as per the Manpower plan & strategy.

- Drive Performance Management processes like Management by Results, Personal Development Plan & Performance Analysis & Development Plan.

- Design and implementation of various 'Employee Engagement initiatives'

- Lead the People Capability Building agenda

Years of Experience: 7years to 14 years

Education: 2 years Full time - PG / MBA from premiere B-schools.

Profile: Looking at candidates with experience into handling a Business HR role with BFSI or FMCG as sectors.
