- This is a "HRBP role" - reporting to 'HR Head'.

A Brief Note :

- Accountable for HRBP agenda for the organization for business in achieving the strategic objectives as set out in the business goal sheet.

- Support key HR processes in collaboration with business leaders and HR Head for achieving the business objectives Design and review the workforce plan for the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy.

- Business Partnering with high potential workforce, interfacing the smooth execution of all the HR agenda such as scaling up the process, people agenda, Performance management, C&B, employee engagement and maintaining over all industrial peace and harmony & productivity, enhance employee participation, maintain effective employee relations.

- Driving key HR Processes: Championing HR systems for Talent Management, related to Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition.

- Implement the performance management process along with the HRBP's as per the COE guidelines to ensure meritocracy and high-performance culture in the organization.

- L&D roadmap to enhance employee capability Work along with business and help them identify the possible needs for intervention.

- Development of Talent Initiatives for unique needs in India and localization of corporate initiatives as needed.

- Cascade Annual 'In Tune' engagement scores around satisfaction drivers, diagnose gaps around engagement & plug the gaps working with Line Managers through focused Development Action Planning.

- Facilitate and follow up for KRA setting for the review year, review all KRA's and check for alignment with functional KRAs, communicate to functional heads, initiate the assessment process.

- Manage & augment Leadership Touch points quality - Goal Setting, Half Yearly Appraisal, career Communication, Annual Appraisal and 360-degree feedback discussions.

- Manage Performance Reviews, Annual Performance Normalization, closure of merit-based increments, salary benchmarking and rationalization, Annual Promotions & Rating Communication.

- Carry out the Annual Goal setting exercise in close liaison with Sales Leaders. Define & Cascade KRAs & Measure of Performance (MOPs) for the Sales population.

- Design for a constructive slack against the identified crucial positions. Plan, suggest and create differentiated career for HiPos in the region basis their Career Aspirations and career philosophy.

- Leading and developing a strategic HR road map for a rapidly expanding business and operations in collaboration with business stakeholders.

- Design and implement effective employee attraction and retention strategies.

- Perform HR Diagnostics and roll out Engagement programs, driving employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives.
