We are currently looking for a HRBP for one of our business unit based in Bangalore.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Custodian of performance and productivity enhancement in the function
- Manager coaching on people issues
- Driving function level employee connect, communication and rewards & recognition programs, Proactively drive the delivery of people.
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit Creation and maintenance of optimal and efficient Organization structure and ensuring right manning of the same
- Processes Facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for employees Design and manage succession plans for key talents and key job positions
- Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees

Skills and Education Required :
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partner
- Post Graduation Masters course (Specialization in HR preferred)
