Job Profile:
- Developing the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the company"s overall development plan.
- Overall responsibility of man power planning and recruitment. Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees.
- Counseling of managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
- Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc.
- Developing the induction programs for the new recruits.
- Establishing a proper organizational structure.
- Maintaining good internal communication within the company.
