- Reports-Providing timely inputs for weekly and monthly HR dashboards
- People Management-Partnering with all business leaders
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Effectively delivering HR operational processes - induction, employee relations, employee engagement activities, exit formalities, full and final accounting, attendance monitoring.
- Audits-Ensuring all the internal audit requirements are met
- Grievance Handling-Acting
- Employee engagement
- Performance management process - Managing entire appraisal cycle right from discussions and the annual appraisal process like bell curve adherence, compensation and benefits benchmarking etc.
- Creating SOPs, drafting HR policies and automation of HR procedures.
