HR professional with 6-7 years of experience as HR Generalist who will work with the functional head to drive programs in the area of talent management, engagement and retention programs . Additionally person will also act as location HR and help in location based operations activities.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Help in implementing strategic and tactical HR programs that are most relevant to the business objectives with special focus on engagement and retention programs.
- Support the team to drive engagement programs for the location.
- A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- Conceptualize and build various modules of HR system with the help of systems team, lead the familiarization, drive engagement and usage of the same.
- Handling global level People function analytics and HR metrics
- Take responsibility for the assigned projects as per the business requirement.
Qualification / experience / skills:
- Post graduate degree in HR from a reputed college
- 6+ years relevant experience in the area of HR generalist
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR to handle complex projects and stakeholders engagement : Business Partnering, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and Rewards.
- Strong communication skills, build strong working relationship with all stakeholders and the ability to influence fact based and logical conclusions
- Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability
- Ability to organize their work, plan well and prioritize based on impact on work.
- Action oriented and results driven.
