Roles & Responsibilities: - Designing and implementation of Sales HR strategy in consultation with the respective business head - Drive recruitment and on-boarding of resources as per the business plan. Ensure sufficient manning for all critical roles. Ensuring sufficient manning across business verticals in line with the manpower plan. - Design and implementation of best org. structure and maintaining the employee cost as per budget. - Identify behavioural and functional training requirements of respective business and ensure fulfilment of the same. - Implementation of talent management process across business and ensure continuous identification, development and retention of high-potential talent - Guiding and supporting sales heads/managers in building High-performance culture by recognizing top performers and managing under-performance - Implementation of annual performance review process as per the corporate guidelines. - Implementation of rewards and recognition system across businesses to ensure employee motivation - Focusing on employee engagement by designing and implementing interventions to create productive and engaging workplace - Drive communication across business and handle employee grievances redressal to ensure healthy and harmonious climate within the org. - Managing team to ensure effective deployment of various HR process and ensure complete compliance of entire HR operations - Engage with the sales leadership to create right effective sales incentives structures Desired Profile: - Graduation and MBA from a top tier university. - Around 10 years of experience in similar role preferably in financial services / banking industry/pharma/scaled startups - In-depth understanding of business context. Very good understanding of HR concepts and implementation knowledge of the same. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stake holders - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Strong presentation skills.
