Job Role :
Talent Selection : Spearheading the Talent Acquisition across all locations which include identification of right talent
Onboarding & Induction: Our Onboarding starts from the moment the candidate is offered till confirmation. Initiated touch- point's methodology at different stages to build the employee connects
Annual Assessment Program: Instrumental in designing, delivering and executing the performance management program in line with our Global Performance Management philosophy
- Succession Planning(as per Competency framework) and Retention of key talent
Employee Connect: Execution of employee engagement activities across the State
HR Analytics: Manpower budgets, Monthly Reports, Hiring Analytics, Attrition trends, Productivity metrics and dashboards
Employee Champion - Act as a consultant/ advisor to the leadership team for people management issues. Building the connect with employees at all levels
- Part of Productivity committee which comprises of core members from each department and focuses on productivity improvement at organizational level
- Cross functional committee focuses on engagement level at branch and regional locations
- Designing and executing reward & recognition at organizational level
