Employee Engagement:
- Facilitation of Employee Connect programmes and analysis of employee feedback.
- Support in implementation of strategic employee retention programmes.
- Facilitation of Quarterly Town Hall meetings, R&R Programmes and employee events.
- Be a SPOC for employee relations - grievances. & discipline
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Responsible to drive talent acquisition targets for all levels across Pan India.
- Sourcing of candidates through various avenues- Consultants, Job Portals, Internal Database, Referrals and Social networking sites for all positions.
- Act as Individual contributor, responsible to drive talent targets for managerial positions.
- Be a Campus Placements Champion.
HR Policy Communication & Induction:
- New Hire Orientation - Policies & Code of Conduct
- Development and maintenance of HR Documents such as policies, SOPs, letters.
HR Dashboards:
- HR Analytics and development of HR Management Reports.
- Monthly HR Dashboards.
- Audit of HR trackers & MIS.
