To act as a HR Business Partner for one division at a leading Global Financial Services Company. It is a HR generalist role including Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Management, Strategic HR, HR Policies etc.

Requirements:

MBA (HR) from a premier institute with 3-5 yrs of experience as a HR Business Partner in a Leading Company.

Should have handled end-to-end HR functions
