This position is a HR business partner role working closely with the HR COEs & business to provide end to end HR solutions for the India Business.
- The position will be responsible for implementation of strategic employee initiatives
- Understanding specific employee related issues and provide suitable HR solutions primarily in the areas of talent retention, deployment of HR Processes, Employee development Initiatives etc.
- Will partner to initiate, develop and implement effective HR strategies that meet business objectives through enhanced employee performance and productivity.
- The incumbent will interface with employees and leaders in driving performance and employee engagement
- The position will is also an enabler to business and will focus on developing a positive employee relations culture with leaders in the business
The incumbent must be an MBA or PGDBM specialized in Human Resources with about 3-5 years’ relevant experience
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to create comfortable interaction environs with multiple employee levels
- Must have hands on approach to work and ability to think laterally
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and numeric capability ]
