- Manage the overall HR life cycle of all the mapped employees
- Achieve the target department ESAT score through innovative people initiatives
- Use people skills related to employee retention to manage the overall attrition target of the organization
- Connect with employees during branch visits, face-to-face and telephonic discussions and gauge the pulse of their engagement with the organization
- Manage the key HR processes in terms of process adherence and timelines - Onboarding | Performance Management System | IJP releases | Closure of auto promotions | Exit Management
- Ensure the department R&R quota is 100% utilized
- Prepare monthly HR dashboard and make presentations during HR and business reviews
- Support leaders during Own the Branch visits
- Work on assigned projects and ensure timely execution.
