Talent Acquisition :
- Understanding Manpower requisition and drafting Job Description of all jobs across the organization
- Ensuring Mapping of all positions by TA team
- Coordinating interviews with various stakeholders and ensuring all SAPs are followed during the recruitment process.
- Ensuring Background Verification and Reference Checks are completed for all associates
Induction & On boarding :
- Ensuring engagement with the candidate once the offer is rolled out until joining
- Responsible for planning and coordination the induction of new joinee with various stakeholders across the organization
- Ensuring all logistics are including admin/IT arrangement are met before joining
- Handholding during the first few months
Performance Management :
- Assist in goal setting process and ensure every associate in the organization has a KRA document.
- Assist in performance review process, ensuring all review forms are filled accurately and timely.
- Ensure follow up with all associates.
- Assist in the talent review process and ensure all data related to Performance Management are updated.
- Assist in reviews and discussions to closure
Process owner of Employee Loading & Outsourcing :
- Database of Sub-Consultant
- Vet requirement for outsourcing
- Background checks of vendor
- Quote Comparison
- Suggest for Approval
