- Providing leverage and serving as an effective advisor to the firm's senior professionals.
- Within respective business coverage, responsibility for a wide range of human capital disciplines including onboarding, employee relations, training and development, employee engagement & performance management
- Handling ER situations as they arise, acting with the highest levels of professionalism
- Identifying professional development initiatives, including design and delivery of appropriate training activities.
- Build relationships & maintain closely connect with the employees to address any queries/feedback that they may have
- Propel growth of the business through positive reinforcement of Business objectives & creating platforms for transparent communication between employees & Leadership
- Drive culture of meritocracy by effective performance management
- Foster culture of recognition by driving R&R agenda
- Effective engagement with Business leaders to share feedback
- Adoption of all HR practices & policies
- Responsible for retention and role elevation of employees in the portfolio
- Driving Performance Management Process and enable conversation to enhance productivity of employees and ensure fairness in the process.
- Devise innovative channels of employee engagement
- Contribute towards process improvement through ideation
- Promote a culture of good governance in HR/employee relations
