- Responsible for managing Employee Lifecycle for the assigned business vertical.
- Drive employee engagement through structured HR and Business communication through Focus group discussions, Branch Visits, One on one HR connects, Business Open houses, Performance connects etc.
- Ensuring compliance and timely completion of the BAU activities like Annual Performance Reviews, Engagement Surveys, Employee Exits, Employee scale up conversation, Transfers, Reward & Recognition platforms.
- Responsible for driving seamless employee onboarding as per process and proactively share feedback to provide timely support for early success of new joiners.
- Regularly connect ,share feedback and close loop action planning pertaining to employee engagement with Business stakeholders
- Run regular engagement activities for the Vertical and also implement the engagement calendar for the SBU.
Requirements :Education and Experience
- MBA ( HR) - Full Time
- Years of relevant work experience : 3-7 years
- Should have worked in HRBP role with key focus on employee engagement and retention
- Preferably from Banking/Wealth Management firms
