3. As a member of the team, you'll be accountable for determining the results of all nationally-driven HR projects.
4. Coordinate effectively with leaders, CoEs, and internal stakeholders to produce a variety of HR products for varied organisations.
5. Use HR Analytics as a crucial tool to persuade leadership, make choices, and create dashboards to assess HR effectiveness.
6. Effectively persuade key stakeholders to carry out HR initiatives locally
