HR Business Partner - BFS

1. Recognize the context of employment and the smooth HR initiatives for the goods they are accountable for.

2. Collaborate closely with HR COE on HR product design. In order to assure execution, will need to collaborate with Zonal HR teams.

3. As a member of the team, you'll be accountable for determining the results of all nationally-driven HR projects.

4. Coordinate effectively with leaders, CoEs, and internal stakeholders to produce a variety of HR products for varied organisations.

5. Use HR Analytics as a crucial tool to persuade leadership, make choices, and create dashboards to assess HR effectiveness.

6. Effectively persuade key stakeholders to carry out HR initiatives locally
