Experience: 7- 15 years as HRBP in IT industry

Job Location: Mumbai

The RHRC/HRBP is responsible for monitoring and following the HR agenda across assigned businesses and geographies:

Looking out for a people with experience IT industry as HRBP

a) Talent Acquisition,

b) Employee Engagement,

c) Performance Management,

d) Talent Management,

e) Employee Relations,

f) Training and Development and

g) HR Operations.

RHRC is responsible for managing region, regional business relations, handle escalations; strong focus on middle and senior level employees of varied groups in the portfolio.
