HR Business Partner - Bank

Organization- Top MNC Bank looking to scale up operations in India

Role- Business Partner HR

Location- Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata

Experience- 7-10 years

Responsibilities-

- Fundamentally strong in HR functions and concepts

- Manage the complete employee life cycle for the entire region

- Work with business unit heads and the HR Head on strategic planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and talent Management, leadership and other HR initiatives.

- Assist in human resource program development, implementation and administration

- Participate in or lead special committees or councils in an effort to strategically develop, implement and administer HR programs and policies for the organization.
