Position Purpose:
Will be responsible to identify and provide support on all the HR deliverables like employee engagement, performance management, Training, Grievance Handling etc. Act as a catalyst in driving annual HR agenda in transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplement execution of HR Shared Services deliverables for your geography viz. confirmation, background verification, transfers and MIS management
- Drive performance management in your respective geography and work towards process improvements wherever required
- Design and drive talent management and engagement plan for your geography
- Drive Learning and Development agendas designed; Conduct induction programmes for the newly joined employees in the region and formulate structured on-boarding process
- Take complete ownership of all HR interventions (to support business agenda) from strategy to implementation
