4. Drive talent vitality through learning & development, career and succession planning.
5. Work closely with line managers and stakeholders to improve work environment and employee engagement.
6. Provide day-to-day guidance to employees and line managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, HR policies, disciplinary actions).
