Purpose of the role

Align business practice with people to drive effective performance.

Identify, analyse, scale and implement best practices suited for the organisation through effective HR interventions.

Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment. Create a robust employee network to understand and act on pulse of the organisation.

Must haves for the role:

Full time MBA grad from Pedigree Colleges

Minimum: 1 - 3+ years of relevant experience.

Good presentation skills
