HRPB
The key accountabilities are as under :-
Business Partner:
- Understand the business strategy and priorities
- Develop HR action plan based on priorities of each business unit
- Leverage HR organization to deliver people solutions for business
- Assist in establishing common HR processes and procedures across the businesses
Talent Management:
- Talent management strategy to retain top talent
- Support team expansion and development
- Proactive engagement of extended sales team across the regions
Change Agent:
- Identify the need for change & design solutions that fit the business priorities
- Support & drive ongoing organization development initiatives such as performance management, onboarding, leadership development and employee engagement
Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor's Degree and MBA in HR is preferred.
- Requires a minimum of 8 years experience managing HR
The job requires a lot of traveling, to South East Asia and Middle East.
