- Understand the performance levels of individuals and dialogue with managers where performance problems seem consistent.
- Assist in developing performance improvement plans (PIP).
- Probation Assessment: Timely probation appraisals & analyzing their performance report.
3. Talent Acquisition
- Partnering with Internal stakeholders for Analyzing & Understanding of detailed Job & business requirements.
- Undertaking recruitment drives, negotiations & offers conversion (Technical & non-technical resources) - through internal & external job portals, References & consultancies.
- Discussing, analyzing and preparing Org. Chart and finalizing the OC
4. HR Operations
- Working in the close proximity with the business & their stake-holders on HR related activities to ensure smooth biz operations.
- Manpower Planning & Budgeting, HR Audit Support & cost analysis.
5. Payroll Management

7. Talent Management And Employee Engagement
8. HR Policies & HR SOP
9. Stakeholder/ Partner Management
10. Close coordination & interaction with HODs and Senior Management.
