HRBP for a leading German Automobile company.
Job Responsibilities:
1. The candidate would be responsible for partnering with leaders / managers to develop and deploy annual objectives to build a dynamic organization , Partner with HR teams (HR Opns, P&D, Payroll, Recruitment, L&D) and subject matter experts to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions that delivers significant and sustainable growth.
2. Advise and coach business leaders / managers on matters related to talent management / talent development, including competency requirements & succession planning, performance & compensation management, employee engagement, retention, compliance program, community programs etc.
3. In consultation with business leaders and HR colleagues, develop and deliver an annual HR plan for meeting business needs.
4. Coordinate and facilitate delivery of cyclical HR initiatives (workforce planning, new hire training, performance review, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning and review).
5. Drive employee communications / engagement within business segment.
6. Assist with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required
7. Responsible to support compliance policies and its effective implementation.
