- MBA HR Full time 2 years degree with 5 to 7 years experience in: Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits and Training & Development.

- Should have high result orientation/is an extrovert /Team manager.

- Excellent communicate skills and drive the necessary changes within the business.

- Business acumen - good understanding of the business processes.

- Has cross-functional HR knowledge especially in recruitment and organisation development.

- Has excellent people management skills and Managing Stakeholders

- Align training needs to suit business requirement and has Executional Excellence

- Role is mainly to provide value added HR services as a single point of contact for all HR processes and initiatives and implement them .

- Ensure Compliance and help address employee grievances and HR related risks are identified and managed timely in a structured manner.

- Should also have generalist experience in the areas of Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits and Training & Development, Employee Relations and Engagement
