Key Responsibilities:
- Provide insights into ground-level business challenges and offer implementation support for organizational structure and manpower planning.
- Drive Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) to align people strategy with business goals.
- Implement behavioral and functional training programs at the business/functional level to address capability development needs.
- Execute talent management processes to identify and develop high-potential talent.
- Lead the implementation of performance management activities, ensuring adherence to organization-wide guidelines.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding to ensure timely availability of manpower, aligned with business/function requirements.
- Oversee total rewards and recognition systems through streamlined implementation and administration.
- Maintain a hands-on approach, actively monitoring employee engagement and collaborating with business leaders to sustain a motivated workforce.
- Provide support for the implementation of technology-enabled solutions in the respective business units.
- Manage critical employee and HR management aspects, including communications, employee exits, personal data, and grievance redressal.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven proficiency in operations and basic software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Specific knowledge and experience in human resource theory, functions, and practice.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative in carrying out tasks.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and organize workloads to meet short timelines without compromising deliverable quality.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Advanced degree from a top-tier graduate school (MBA or Masters in HRM preferred).
- Strong evidence of stretch assignments indicating superior performance in a previous role.
Education, Skills & Experience:
- Education - Top-tier graduate school (MBA or Masters in HRM preferred).
Experience: 3-8 years.
