Experience in looking after core HR activities like recruitment, PMS, OD, Training & Development, employee engagement, People set-up across all levels in the Company, 5S activities and KAIZEN activities
Strategic Planning
- Assisting the formulation of strategic plans for the development of human resources, Aligning HR with core business and formulating plans focusing on the basis of forecasts of workforce requirement.
Learning & Development
- Preparation of training budget on the basis of individual TNI's as well as organizational goals.
- To develop, implement, assess and maintain a series of Learning and Development (L&D) programs to ensure, the Organization provides appropriate L&D opportunities to enhance and nurture the careers of employees and develop future leaders.
Talent Management:
- Sourcing & Hiring of right talent, placing them at right Roll, Developing, Retaining & promoting them to meet Human Resource requirements of Organization to achieve desired goal.

Performance Management
- Initiated and implemented the system to improve individuals and organization effectiveness and performance, which includes Planning of work and setting benchmarks/expectations.
Organization Development
- Initiate and implement the Skill & Cultural change, aiming enhance the performance and effectiveness of Human Resource through several OD interventions, Employee Engagement, Employee Communication, Rewards & Reorganization, Career Development Planning, Progression & Succession Planning (Implementation & management), Individual Development, Job Rotations, etc.
