- It is must to have experience of handling employees from various countries like Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand & Viet Nam as HRBP.
- As Business Partner you will be part of People & Organization. In close cooperation with the partners from the business and People & Organization, you will implement the HR strategy for your international area of responsibility in a needs-oriented manner, innovative measures, and be jointly responsible for establishing People & Organization programs and initiatives in various countries.
- International work experience in dealing with a diverse group of people including levels of seniority, cultures, and cross-border exposure (for countries within APAC & ME).
- Must have minimum of 7+ years of relevant professional & initial experience in consulting, mentor, moderation and communication.
- Must have entrepreneurial understanding and work independently.
- Capable of influencing and leading change. Person must be interested in working with employees from different cultural backgrounds.
