We are an Aerospace Company.

Position: HRBP

Experience: 7 to 12 Yrs

Location: Bangalore, India ( all 5 days working from office)

Education: Master's Degree (in HR / industrial psychology)

Who are we looking:

- Overall with 7 yrs experience with Proven 3-5 years experience as an HR Business Partner

- Been through solved people, process problems while scaling company from early stage to mid sized

- Proven credentials in HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations

- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management & organizational development. Manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

- Likable personality- capable to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and customer-centric approach.

- Experience in employer branding and employee retention strategies

- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.

What the role involves:

a. Employee Relations:

1. Act as a point of contact (conduct regular 1:1) for employee relations matters, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

2. Resolve employee conflicts and address grievances in a fair and timely manner.

3. Support managers in handling disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.

b. Employee Engagement:

1. Implement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

2. Promote employee engagement through activities, events, and recognition programs.

3. Conduct employee surveys, analyze results, and recommend action plans to improve engagement.

c. Performance Management:

1. Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

2. Support managers in providing regular coaching and mentoring to enhance employee performance.

3. Assist in identifying training and development needs to support performance improvement.

d. Talent Acquisition and Management:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop job descriptions.

2. Work closely with the TA team to hire the right candidates.

3. Implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

4. Work closely with managers to develop talent management strategies and succession plans.

e. Learning and Development:

1. Identify training needs and design and deliver relevant training programs.

2. Support employees' professional development and career progression through coaching, mentoring, and talent management initiatives.

f. HR Policies, Metrics and Reporting:

Work closely with the HR Ops team to:

1. Develop and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.

2. Analyze HR data and trends to generate reports and insights for senior management.

3. Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve HR processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.

g. Change Management:

1. Support organizational change initiatives and provide guidance to managers and employees during periods of transition.

2. Develop change management strategies and communication plans.
