Position - HR Business Partner
Role is a combination of Talent Acquisition and Generalist Profile
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with Business leadership to support a business strategic imperative through people initiatives. Being a strategic people advisor, develop a strong business acumen, collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure processes and initiatives are successfully implemented and resulted effectively.
- Identify challenges and issues using data intelligence and provide creative solutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations.
- To lead all aspects of people operations verticals, including strategic workforce planning aligned with talent acquisition team, new hire onboarding, talent management and development, performance management, talent retention, rewards and recognition, employee relations & grievances management, compensation & benefits etc.
- Identifies areas to drive culture of talent diversity and inclusion. Conduct regular assessments of HR initiative through surveys and processes to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
- Change management: Ability to drive change management, facilitation and consultation.
- Coordinate and develop a high performing team, influence, and motivate team members, upskilling and retaining talent. Demonstrate respect, credibility, and trust at all levels of the organization. Provide Coaching and mentoring as and when needed.
