Job Role -
- Partnering with 2-3 businesses of the organization.
- Developing & contributing to productivity, culture & HR initiatives with a focus on overall organizational development, change management and business transformation at Corporate and Unit Level.
- Manage employee life cycle.
- Ensure operational excellence during all annual mega HR processes (increment, performance, development, succession)
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Execute training and development initiatives.
- Develop succession pipeline.
- OD & Change Management.
