Calling HR Professionals for a Corp Business HR role

Our Client is Top 10 name in the Industry

Role in discussion :

Corp HR role covering all aspects of the HR for the location offices in Kolkata. Responsibilities not limited to :

- Manage relationship with internal customers to ensure buy in for all TED initiatives

- Performance Management - Driving performance Management for the Business Unit/s through the operations team. This includes the confirmation and annual appraisals and performance improvement programs as needed by the business unit/s.

- Internal Growth Process: End to end ownership of the internal job posting process. This covers posting jobs, designing and administering selection rounds.

- Policy and process implementation- Communication of rationale and interpretation, ensuring policy implementation by businesses.

- Attrition control - Conceptualizing action plans based on trends and feedback in consultation with business.

- Employee Satisfaction Initiatives - Analysis of survey results, formulating actionable based on the same in consultation with business. Ensuring communication and implementation.

- Grievance handling and disciplinary actions: interaction and coordination with other functions for interventions for employee issues when needed.

- Drive Site level initiatives: driving employee engagement initiatives for the site.

- Employee engagement initiatives like formal one on ones, Skips, New Manager Assimilations (NMA's) Training Sessions for new Supervisors.

- Internal HR Process improvement through Lean and GB projects

KEY COMPETENCIES:

- Excellent comm. Skills & self motivated for the work

- MBA is must – full time OR 3 yrs MBA

- Market Savvy/ Business Acumen: Actively analyze marketplace factors and understand the critical business issues that map to FIRM.

- Coaching & Development: Recruit, select, and develop successful sales resources to deliver the Market strategy for sustainable and profitable business growth. Capable of coaching and mentoring BDMs to successfully execute enterprise-wide sales strategies.

- Fosters Collaboration & Partnerships: Builds formal and informal networks within FIRM and client organizations. Capable of leading and developing cross-functional business development pursuit teams.

- Personal Credibility: Demonstrated track record in selling integrated solutions. Lives the FIRM Values and Brand Attributes, and consistently represents the brand with integrity in the Market.
