MUST HAVES:  - HANDLED BUSINESS PARENTING ROLE AL LEAST 3 - 5 YEARS  - HANDLING HR FOR SPECIFIC BUSINESS UNIT/ UNITS  - END TO END HR ACTIVITIES  - MBA FULL TIME  - TEAM HANDLING  - Drives sector-wide HR initiatives and core HR programs in the depts.  - Support business with Resource Week planning  - Creates a strong organization by partnering with line to build capability of individuals  - Guides managers through change management initiatives including organizational design, restructures etc., adequately assessing implications and risk  - Co-facilitate the talent review and succession planning discussions and work with HoDs to implement IDPs  - Working with business heads, establish clear development plans for succession candidates and ensure these plans are executed, tracked and measured for success  - Work closely with the central OD team to ensure successful implementation of OD initiatives  - Work with HR Shared Services team to ensure timely availability of talent resources by leveraging Mahindra EVP  - Ensure HR is engaged in decisions around people  - Partner with line to encourage and assist with internal talent movements  - Craft and implement interventions on employee engagement based on survey results  - Ensure proper understanding and support the implementation of PMS process for employees and managers  - Peform exit interviews and develop appropriate interventions for retaining talent  - Leverage and interpret management information to help managers make better business decisions
