Job Description:
HR Business Partner role, based out at Gurgaon to take care of Business Partnering, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for CMO, IMSS and support function Team.
- At the strategic level, responsible for managing all transformation initiatives, ensuring high Employee Engagement . Organisation development, Capability Development and Partnering with Business.
- The incumbent will also be responsible for Organisation Design for maximizing productivity.
- At the operations level, to plan & ensure implementation of all HR operations and processes for these functions in order to support business and thereby to achieve organizational objectives
1. Define the strategy and develop a roadmap for retention and engagement of employees based pan India
2. Define a Talent Acquisition strategy for the specialist roles in emerging businesses considering the difficulty in hiring
3. Establish productivity norms for the business verticals and work with the business to build structure aligned to the business needs.
4. Manage OTR Process and take care of the developmental aspiration of Top Talent and movement of identified successors to critical roles.
5. Create and execute the capability Development Agenda for all the employees, both functional and competency based.
6. Driving end to end PMS Process which includes KRA setting, Mid Year Appraisal, Annual A and L Assessment, Promotion and Normalizations.
7. Ensure complete adherence to all Statutory compliances - related employee and employer related compliance.
8. Drive all transformation and team realignment activities by enaging with the leadership team and pan india employees.
9. Manage HR Opex as per AOP
