This position reports to the HR Process and Systems Manager and is an integral part of the HR Process and Data Management (PDM) team. The client deployed SAP HCM 6.0 globally and is deploying a global Talent Management solution on Success Factors as part of the multi-year talent management roadmap.

Location: Pune

Experience: 3 years to 5 years in HR analystics

Job responsibilities as HR Business Analyst includes, but are not limited to:

As support for the APAC Region, comprising Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand:

- Provide functional support to the HR community on HR processes and systems, including creating and rolling out trainings and the supporting the International HR user forum

- Manage updates to the HR SharePoint web site that houses documentation relating to HR processes for APAC

- Be the advocate and coordinator of the region for enhancements or projects

- Participate in the HR Enhancement Review meetings with an emphasis on data and process consistency and accuracy

- Ensure local compliance

- Assist in the management of interfaces between SAP HR and service providers

- Participate in projects concerning the region

As support for key global processes and systems:

- Prepare process documentation to current and new regional/global processes

- Monitor the use of the SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) module, review and validate any related enhancements, and drive or participate in related deployments.

- Provide root cause analysis and resolution to issues related to SAP HCM or other HR systems used

- Work with IT to analyze and implement patches and enhancement packs

- Drive the use of reporting capabilities across all HR systems

- Manage or participate in projects aimed at improving HR performance and efficiency, and, specifically, in the deployment of new solutions supporting Talent Management processes

- Other special projects as assigned
