Candidate with good business understanding and detail oriented approach combined with collaborative working style. This role requires liaising with Sales, Presales, Solution Teams, SMEs and other internal stakeholders to respond to RFP and bids.
This team comprises of representatives from various support functions which contribute to the business team in their acquisitions and new accounts.
- Work with Sales/Pre-sales teams to enable HR work for Request For Proposals (RFP)
- Work with legal & other internal teams to provide responses to compliance related clauses in RFPs
- Create & present final HR solutions to clients & internal teams
- Collaborate with Solutioning & Finance teams to create final associate costing
- Interact with client HR to ensure smooth HR transition
- Work on further development of internal HR documents
Skills/ technologies required :
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good knowledge of MS excel & Power Point
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to front end clients.
- Ability to work with multi-site & cross functional teams
- Exposure to global C&B areas would be an added advantage
- A confident personality with prior experience in client interaction
