Responsibilities:
Business Planning:
a. Participate in annual and quarterly business planning
b. Coordinate with different business units in creating financial and operational plan
Revenue Assurance and Risk Management:
a. Managing Delivery Revenue Forecast - Proactive analysis to minimize deviation from actual revenue
b. Managing Revenue at Risk - Minimizing Unbilled Revenue and Receivables
c. Proactive Risk Assessment and Mitigation - Financial as well as Operational Risks
d. Preemptive Financial analysis/modelling
HR Analytics and Talent Planning:
a. Provides management support in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics
b. Supports the leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or program
c. Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed
d. Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key data sets, reports, and metric
Operations Control, System Alignment and Automation:
a. Effective Reporting Management, Ensuring SLA adherence
b. Corporate reporting to senior management to assist in decision making
c. Establishing control measures to get the assured outcomes w.r.t. Revenue and Profitability
d. Streamlining the workflow and Institutionalizing standard processes and measures for continuous improvement
Program Management of Corporate Initiatives :
a. Managing the strategic initiatives as and when directed by senior authorities
