HR Analytics - Shipping/Oil & Gas

Opportunity with one of the leaders into shipping/Oil & Gas Industry in Mumbai.

Looking for HR Analyst into "Human resource" analytics division with minimum 4 years of experience.

Major responsibilities:

- Responsible for service Delivery of HR Analytics models & reports.

- Experience in Data Modeling, HR Analysis

- Strong exp on SAS, SPSS and R

- Good Understanding of Human Resource Domain.

CTC : Best in Industry

Qualification:

- MA, MSc in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics from Top Institute Would be preferred

- BTech+MBA will be considered as well.
