HR Analytics and SAS and R Model
We are looking for someone into Human Capital Analytics (Analyst Role) for one of our leading clients. The location for the opportunity is Bangalore and Gurgaon. The JD is as below.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop statistical models to support HR Analytics offerings and solutions.
- Develop statistical testing programs to measure and improve on-going performance of employee metrics.
- Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis and so on
- Partner with IT to implement models and tests
Requirements :
- 0-2 years of general business experience, including 1-2 years of quantitative analysis in a business setting, including building statistical models
- M Sc (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields.
- Desire and ability to collaborate with business partners
- 1 or more years of experience in industry in a functional role a plus
Technical Skills :
- Basic knowledge of SAS/R skills .
This opportunity even involves Global travelling (say 70-80 %).
